Refunds/Cancellations
An upfront cancellation of a term booking will incur a $150 administration fee. Generally, a full refund for a withdrawal from a term booking will not be given. No refunds will be given if a student fails to attend a class.
All Musical Aspects retains the right to cancel a lesson. Refunds will be made if a class is cancelled.
Absences and make-up lessons (for term bookings)
In the event of an illness or injury which will prevent a student from attending their lesson, and where at least 4 hours’ notice is given, All Musical Aspects will endeavour to make up this lesson time at a later date within the school term.
In the event that a lesson is missed for any other reason than illness/injury, or if 24 hours’ notice is not given, the lesson will be forfeited and the All Musical Aspects is not required to make up this lesson at a later date.
The weekly fee guarantees a weekly lesson time and therefore will not be refunded in the case of absence.
Casual bookings
In the event of an illness or injury which will prevent a student from attending their lesson, and where at least 4 hours’ notice is given, the casual rate for the missed weekly lesson will not be payable.
In the event that a lesson is missed for any other reason than illness/injury, or if 4 hours’ notice is not given, the casual fee will still be charged at the following lesson. The fee must be paid at the following lesson, otherwise All Musical Aspects reserves the right to cancel the lesson.
